Application Process
Apply
After entering your information, please check your email and confirm your interest. Once confirmed, follow the steps in the "How to Apply" guide. For help with registration, we have created an easy to follow video walk-through (click here to view video).

After requesting to join service partner, text "Pending (Your Name)" to (919) 249-8768 to have your request approved. Once you receive a text message stating that your pending application is "Accepted", sign waivers and text "Finalize (Your Name)" to (919) 249-8768.
Once you've made it to this point, you will be sent a link via text and email to join our #GroupMe to have access to client pay rates, job updates, and access to support.
Assessment
Once you have registered, you will then complete a short assessment. This assessment tests your literacy and speech, so be sure to have a quiet environment.
Train & Earn
After passing the assessment, you will gain access to our clients needing WFH (work from home) agents. Client opportunities are updated daily. If you see an opportunity that you are interested in, enroll in the opportunity. You will be responsible for a background check. The background check that you complete will be suitable for all job opportunities on the portal and only need to be completed once.
You will also be able to select a training time that best fits your schedule. Training is 4 hours Mon-Fri and can range from 2-6 weeks, depending on the client. Once you complete the training, you will be able to schedule your own hours and work from the comfort of your own home!
Start Working
Once you complete your (free) training/certification course, you will be able to schedule yourself for the hours that you would like to work! Pay ranges from $12-$18/hr depending on the client. Clients also offer incentives for good performance. *Must work a minimum 15 hours per week for each client you commit to working with.
Equipment
At a minimum, you will need these basics.
- A computer
- A noise-cancelling USB headset
- A high-speed internet connection

This policy provides details on the computer, headset, phone, internet, and equipment that is required to use, and compatible with, the Arise® Platform. *Certain client programs may have additional equipment requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details any additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in the System & Equipment Policy.
